Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are generally not available once work has commenced on a project. This includes, but is not limited to:
All advance payments made for project initiation, planning, research, design, or development are non-refundable once work has started.
For recurring monthly services, clients may cancel future billing by providing written notice at least 15 days before the next billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for services already delivered during the current billing period.
If a project is canceled by the client before any work has begun, a partial refund may be considered after deducting any administrative, consultation, or processing fees incurred.
DIGIMIX Agency is not responsible for project delays resulting from a client’s failure to provide required content, approvals, access credentials, or feedback. Such delays do not qualify for refunds.
Payments made directly to third-party platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, or other advertising networks are non-refundable and subject to the policies of those respective platforms.
Refund requests due to exceptional circumstances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Any approved refund amount will be determined solely at the discretion of DIGIMIX Agency management.
